Action N - named for the propaganda activities carried out among the Germans from April 1941 to April 1944 by the Office of Information and Propaganda of the Union of Armed Struggle of the Home Army. It was headed by Tadeusz Żenczykowski alias Kania. One of the elements of the "struggle" carried out was the printing of special conspiratorial magazines and leaflets in German. They were intended to give the impression that they were the work of German anti-Hitler groups. Very popular among German soldiers was the satirical magazine "Der Klabautermann" (The Ship's Ghost), which ridiculed the German bureaucracy, NSDAP and police formations.
