The most important dates and events in the general's life are given, his writings and articles are quoted (including "The Military Significance of Danzig of July 30, 1939). In the following part the course of the funeral ceremony in England is described. The recollection of Gen. Sikorski is crowned with information about the current Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Army - Gen. Kazimierz Sosnkowski and Prime Minister Stanislaw Mikolajczyk.
