Folding marks, paper slightly yellowed, otherwise good condition. Cont. "Prof. Mościcki elected President. First vote without result", "Result of the second vote. 12:30 a.m. at midnight: In the second vote Prof. Moscicki received 280 votes, Count Binski received 200. Prof. Ignacy Moscicki obtained an absolute majority and was thus elected President".
