The commemorative book was created on the initiative of the Capital Committee of the Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Napoleon's Death in Poland, it is dedicated to the celebration and contains descriptions of the symptoms of the feelings of the Polish people on account of this anniversary, as well as materials and documents related to it.
