Contains a history of the Warsaw Local Government and a list of the city's councilors, as well as photographs depicting, among other things: the ceremonial celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Warsaw City Council; the Magistrate's building; the meeting room of the City Council; the offices of the mayor and the president of the Council; and numerous portraits of the presidents, directors and councilors of Warsaw.
