Piece clean. Minor discoloration visible, loss of page 17 without damage to text, small tear of page 91 without damage to text. Monumental volume in leather binding, inspired by the pattern of the original cloth binding designed by the bookbinding plants of Robert Jahoda in Krakow and Aleksander Semkowicz and Kazimierz Legeżyński in Lviv. The binding was made by hand in the bindery of the Polish Antiquarian.

The strictly historical part extends with the compilation of material to 1914, and some statistical statements, tables and charts go beyond the date of November 11, 1928, covering the year 1928 as a whole. It presents very rich iconographic material.
