Notes: - Maksymilian Heilpern (8.01.1856 Warsaw - 15.11.1924 or 1925) Polish progressive social activist, naturalist and educator of Jewish origin. From 1876 he studied in Warsaw at the same time he was socially active and joined the socialist movement in 1877. Arrested in late 1878 and in 1880 was sentenced to exile in Eastern Siberia, where he conducted botanical research, he returned to Poland in 1884. Here he completed his natural science studies in 1887 after which he worked as a private school teacher, but was soon deprived of the right to practice this profession. From 1891 he worked at the L. Natanson craft workshop, which he reorganized and was its director for 30 years (until 1920). Activist for the assimilation of Jews. Condition:
Pieces in pieces, binding quite badly damaged, front cover loose, binding somewhat discolored, book lending library stamp otherwise block clean, binding necessary. Item in at least good condition

- at least sufficient: condition at least sufficient (+3), fairly poor condition, extremely significant defects, almost destructive
- Sufficient: sufficient condition (3), poor condition, major defects in the card, basically destruct
