Luszczewska was the author of many collections of poems, poems, dramas and novels. She began her creative activity in 1852 with public improvisations. In 1854 she published her first volume of Improvisations and Poems in Warsaw.
In a series of epic poems entitled Poland in Song, she set herself the goal of describing the history of her homeland. She created these poems over several decades. The cycle stretched from the legendary times in Lech (1859) to the unfinished work Sobieski at Vienna (1908). However, the poems did not receive critical acclaim.
Her historical novels for young people became popular, especially Panienka z okien ka(1893), Branki w jasyrze (1889) and Memoirs, covering the years 1834-1897. She was also the author of the fantasy-science novel Zwierciadlana zagadka (Mirror Riddle )
