Condition: +good. Minor rubbing of the corners of the binding. Horizontal scratch on the back cover.

Aleksander Semkowicz (1885-1954) - famous Lvov bookbinder, bibliographer, collector, senator in the Second Republic. After the war he settled in Cracow, later in Warsaw. He was the initiator of the creation of the Adam Mickiewicz Museum of Literature in Warsaw.
