After graduating, in 1952, from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Danuta Leszczynska - Kluza began her artistic work in the field of painting, drawing and graphic art. In descriptions of the artist's work, critics emphasize her predilection for experimentation and the search for innovative forms of expression, which manifests itself in the abandonment of the classic rectangular format of works, the combination of heterogeneous plastic signs and the use, while maintaining her own individuality, of many disciplines of art.
