Stanislaw Marian Kutrzeba, alias "Wladyslaw Wyrwa" (born November 15, 1876 in Krakow, died January 7, 1946 there) - Polish historian of law, professor of Jagiellonian University, its rector in 1932-1933, twice dean of the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University. In 1926-1939 he was secretary general of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences, and in 1939 was elected its president.
In his scholarly work he dealt mainly with the history of medieval Polish law, the history of the Polish system from the 14th to the 18th century and the history of Cracow. He compiled and prepared for publication a number of sources on medieval Polish history. From 1906 to 1946 he was head of the Department of Ancient Polish Law at the Jagiellonian University.
