Notes: - Al-Hajj Muhammad Amin al-Husseini (1895 or 1897 - 4.07.1974) Palestinian nationalist and political leader of the Muslim movement in the Mandate of Palestine, grand mufti of Jerusalem from 1921 to 1948. He led the outbreak of Arab anti-Jewish riots in 1936-1939. Fleeing arrest, he fled into exile, where he continued his anti-Jewish activities by associating closely with Italian and later German fascists
