Teodor Kubina - Polish Roman Catholic clergyman, first diocesan bishop of Czestochowa from 1926 to 1951. He established a seminary and the weekly "Sunday". In July 1946, in response to the Kielce pogrom, he was one of the few church hierarchs to openly and unreservedly condemn the murder, which met with the disapproval of the Primate of Poland, Cardinal August Hlond.
