'The most famous work of Kaczkowski in his time was Teka Nieczui, a cutting political and social satire on Galician relations, in which the author, through the mouths of deceased prominent writers (Krasicki, Niemcewicz, Mickiewicz, etc. ), boldly expresses his views on the state of Galicia and flogs mercilessly the so-called stans' (Król. K. 'Historia literatury polskiej', 1903)
