A collection of articles dedicated to Professor Stanislav Dniestrzanski (1870-1935), a Ukrainian lawyer and political activist. Dniestrzanski was a professor at Lviv University, "co-founder of the Society of Ukrainian Lawyers and organizer of the first congress of Ukrainian lawyers in Lviv [...]. In 1907 and 1911, he was elected as a deputy to the Reichsrat Przedlitawii (Austrian Parliament) in Vienna as a candidate of the Ukrainian National Democratic Party, and in parliament he chaired the Ukrainian Club [...]. In 1918-19 he was a member of the Ukrainian National Council - the parliament of the West Ukrainian People's Republic. He was dismissed from the Jan Kazimierz University in 1919 due to his involvement in political activities for Ukraine.
