Red variant of the publisher's cloth binding (signed with a blind stamp by Hubel and Denek in Leipzig). On the face of the cover in its central part painted in an oval portrait of Sienkiewicz, green branches of laurel; above the portrait embossed and gilded titulature; on the back cover blind-stamped floral motif; gilded page edges.

Book published for the author's 25th anniversary.
