Condition: missing in several issues, pages with number designation and blank ending the issue once seem to be within the pagination, once not (here marked as "[x]"), at the end from p. 281, mistake of pagination by 10 pages, continued to the end of the issue, binding damaged, heavily rubbed, with losses on the spine, the center with numerous rust spots, traces of dampstaining.

Contents: appointments of various officials, taxation and taxation, adoption of the commercial code, changes in criminal law, minting of coinage, on the Council of State, on the establishment and functioning of the army.
