A pamphlet on the Krakow events of 1836. In January of that year, agents of the Polish People's Association assassinated the Russian spy Behrens-Pawlowski on the territory of Krakow, which resulted in the encroachment of Austrian, Russian and Prussian troops, followed by Austrian occupation. The author and many other emigrants were forced to leave.
