Title and text in Polish, French and English. Published in 3,000 copies. On the plates, stylized images of pagan idols and sacred places, reflected in precise woodcut on yellow tint: Svyatovit, Svarozh, Radgost, Bielboh and Czarnboh, Triglav, Rugievit, Jarovit, Zywia, Prowe, Porenut, Lada, Marzana, Perun, Dazboh, Stryboh, Velees, Chors, Mokosh, Simargl, Pereplut, Arkona. In the text and on the title page black vignettes and finials and red printed decorative initials. In total, "Gods of the Slavs" contains 131 engravings: the vignette "Retra, the Slavic Acropolis" on the title page, 43 black vignettes and finials, 66 red woodcut initials, and 21 plates. The text (trilingual) is based on rich literature on the subject (the bibliography includes 19 Polish and foreign items).
