First edition of the poetry volume Dionizje by Jaroslaw Iwaszkiewicz, which is part of the Skamander trend, although it also contains strong influences of modernism and symbolism. The poems in Dionysia are characterized by lyricism, musicality and references to mythology and antiquity, especially to the figure of Dionysus - the god of wine, ecstasy and inspiration. In them, Iwaszkiewicz explores themes related to nature, art and spiritual experiences, building a sensual and colorful picture of the world. The volume represents an important stage in the formation of the author's poetic style and foreshadows the later themes of his work. On the back of the title page sticker publisher's protective brand with the poet's autograph.
