ISKRY an illustrated weekly for young people between the ages of 12 and 18, began publication on October 6, 1923. Through a careful selection of content and illustrations, the magazine exerted a strong educational, moral and aesthetic influence on its readers. The magazine's content was very varied: it includes, among others: Novels and short stories; Poetry; Biographies; History; Nature - Science - Technology; Geography - Ethnography - Country Studies.
