Na Szerokim Świecie - a Polish weekly, published between 1928 and 1939. Printed by the Illustrowana Kurier Codzienny graphic works in Cracow. One piece of the weekly cost 30 groszy. The newspaper had 16 pages, some (including the first and last) of which were in color.
The weekly contained current news (the "Week of Events" column, later "Radiogram of the Week"), novels in episodes, humor (including political caricatures) and an entertainment section. In the 1930s, the weekly included illustrated accounts of Kazimierz Nowak 's travels in Africa. It also ran a "Polish Child" contest, with prizes sponsored by PKO. A series of photographs of women entitled "Types of Beauty of Women in Poland" was also published.
The editor-in-chief was Marian Dabrowski, president of the Illustrated Daily Courier group, and Anatol Krakowski was the editor in charge.
