Guidebook for organizers of clubs and sports competitions and their participants, living in the countryside. The book describes the organization of the people's sports team, sports events, health care and first aid during competitions, and presents individual sports and the rules of their practice (gymnastics, athletics, swimming, shooting, archery, cycling, weightlifting, wrestling, horseback riding, skating, skiing, team games) with drawings. At the end of the book are plans (with dimensions) of sports fields of 0.75ha, 1ha and 2.15ha.

It also includes a bibliography.
