Contains, among others: Casimir the Great certifies (...) as their property are a mill called Schilzkikut, the village of Maly Winnik and the estate of r. 1352; Ladislaus, Prince of Opole, donates the village of Potoczany to Niczek Slancz and his descendants r. 1375; Urban VI. The Pope orders the Dominican Friars of Lviv to admit to their monastery Friars from the Order of Uniates r. 1381.
