Dziennik Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej - the Polish official journal. The only official source of cognition of universally binding law in Poland. Published continuously to this day, Dziennik Ustaw was established by article 21 of the decree of the Regency Council of the Polish Kingdom of January 3, 1918, and its first issue appeared on February 1, 1918 (initially under the name Dziennik Praw, the current name was introduced by the Act of July 31, 1919)
In the presented yearbook of the Journal of Laws we can find many interesting legal acts of the newly reborn state, including:
-International treaties : such as the Trade Agreements with countries like Serbia, Japan, Denmark and Finland; the Friendship Treaty between Poland and Turkey and the Settlement Convention between Poland and Turkey; Acts of Accession of Poland to the Hague Conventions of 1907; the Polish-German Agreement on the Upper Silesian Border Belt
