Kazimierz Mężyński (1904 - 1983) - Polish literary scholar, polonist and historian, habilitated doctor, associate professor, first dean of the Faculty of Humanities of the State Higher School of Pedagogy in Gdańsk (1948-1952), lecturer at the University of Gdańsk.

Franciszek Piotr Bielak(1892 - 1973) - Polish literary historian, for many years was president of the Cracow branch of the Adam Mickiewicz Literary Society and became an honorary member of this association. He was a member of the Historical and Literary Commission of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences.
