The set of notebooks , "Construction of houses and rooms for government officials in the eastern provinces" is a summary of the first building achievements and a broad overview of completed or planned projects, which, to emphasize Polishness, drew inspiration from the architecture of the period of the Polish Noble Republic and the tradition of the Polish court.
The publications consists of two parts: descriptive and illustrative. The descriptive part presents the genesis of the project, the territorial scope, the economic and financial conditions, and the presentation of the projects (with authorship), the places of their implementation and the technological solutions used. The illustrative part shows plans of the estate's assumptions, plans of individual villas, their visualizations and photos. Also unique in this publication are the attached advertisements, designed by Witold Czeczott, very decorative and maintained in a uniform graphic design.
