"By issuing this catalog, we aimed to enable the gentlemen physicians to get an accurate idea of the entire production of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Factory R. Barcikowski S.A.. The catalog contains a list of original preparations with a brief consideration of their pharmacological action and application, which facilitates closer acquaintance with their properties (...) We hope that this catalog will contribute to a greater dissemination of our preparations in the medical profession, and thus to consolidate the trust that our company has enjoyed with the Polish doctors for many years" (after the preface).
