Warsaw, 1984
After martial law was imposed on December 13, 1981, an independent culture movement was created. It brought together artists of all cultural disciplines. There were hundreds, thousands of poetry evenings, theater performances, music concerts, film screenings, art exhibitions in churches, private homes, artists' studios, in various unusual places. Traces of the exhibitions and shows are left in the form of photographs and catalogs - modest, "poor", published to meet the possibilities of the time.
