A carefully edited book describing farm activities throughout the year (sheep work, branch pruning, threshing, sowing, sheep shearing, grass cutting, harvesting, apple picking, cider making, plowing). The text is divided into 12 chapters assigned to successive months. A full-page woodcut is rebound at the beginning of each chapter; the book also contains seven smaller woodcuts in the text and twelve decorative initials. A beautiful bibliophile print.
