Artistic binding by Franciszek Joachim Radziszewski (signed with blind stamp F.J.Radziszewski Warsaw). Brown half leather, five-panel spine, in one field a blue signboard with gilded titling, in the others stylized floral ornaments, scrolls highlighted in gilt. On the leather overlapping the front cover a blind-bound ZK monogram, marbled hand-dyed paper of covers and lining, top edge of pages marbled, both booklet covers preserved.

A nineteenth-century guide to manners, containing the most important recipes, advice and tips on letter writing, addressed to young ladies, by Stanislaw Bratkowski, writer, poet, publicist, participant in the November Uprising and member of the Democratic Society. Pieces bearing a dedication from the author. Infrequent.
