Relief binding of the period bound in full leather. The central part of the front cover is decorated with gilt titulature and the year of issue, surrounded by ornamental borders (the concave parts are supplemented with gilt); the treatment is repeated on the back cover, but the central part is blind-stamped with a floral motif, and the concave parts lack gilt; the spine is decorated with gilt ornaments and titulature; gilt page edges.
Second edition of a poem by Mikołaj Bołoz-Antoniewicz, with full-page illustrations, by one of the leading representatives of Romanticism in Polish painting, Artur Grottger. Piece bearing a dedication from the author to Wincenty Wolff, a Krakow banker.
