Mein Kampf is a book written by Adolf Hitler in the style of a diatribe during his imprisonment in Landsberg in the early 1920s and published in 1925 (Part I) and 1927 (Part II), in which the ideological intentions of the later dictator were submitted in an official manner. The book is partly autobiographical and partly a political tract, promoting the main tenets of Nazism: fierce anti-Semitism, a racist world view and an aggressive foreign policy aimed at gaining Lebensraum (living space) in Eastern Europe.
