The woodcuts and ornaments used in the form of likenesses in "Four Centuries of Polish Frith" were selected from the typographic stock of the following Polish embossers of the 16th and 17th centuries: Jan Haller, Florian Ungler and his widow, Hieronim Wietor, Pawel Halicz, Heirs of Marek Szarffenberg, Mikolaj Szarffenberg, Mateusz Siebieneycher, Maciej Wirzbięta, Stanisław Murmeljusz, Drukarnia Brzeska, Drukarnia Łazarzowa and Sebastian Sternacki.
