Value of a company established in 1919. The factory was established on the land of the Chrzanów municipality. The first steam locomotive left the factory line in April 1922. Meanwhile, the production of export steam locomotives, sold to Bulgaria, Morocco, the USSR and Latvia, began as early as 1931. The 1930s saw the production of, among other things, motor cars, the famous Lux-Torpedoes, which were operated on the Warsaw-Krakow and Krakow-Zakopane lines (journey time of 2 hours 18. minutes). Annual production in the 1930s reached 100 locomotives. After World War II, the plant was nationalized and in 1951 the name was changed to the Feliks Dzierżyński Locomotive Factory. In 1991, the factory was transformed into a sole proprietorship of the State Treasury. After a lengthy privatization process, it began operations under its original name "FIRST FABRICKA LOKOMOTYW W POLSCE FABLOK." On May 21, 2013, the company was declared bankrupt. Decorative motifs with borders in geometric and floral shapes with the company's logo incorporated.
