Issued on November 16, 1920. no. 22030. in the center of the elaborate composition Mercury and Minerva (?) holding a cogwheel in their hands, in the background a landscape with oil wells. Under the composition signed "Del. Jan Bukowski." Stamp: "Issue III executed", "Right to subscribe to shares of issue II executed". The word "bearer" placed with a stamp. At the bottom, 9 coupons (the first one cut out) and a voucher for a new coupon sheet. Upper and lower margins with minor stains and abrasions, overall good condition.
