4.5% Bond of Russia issued during the short reign of Alexander Kereinsky just before the October Revolution. Double-sided bond in Russian, although intended for the American market and printed at the American Bank Note Company. Decorative motifs with a vignette depicting allegorical figures. A value of the first series. A rarity not only on the Polish antiquarian market.
