Good condition. Stamp. Propaganda Department of the publishing house Książka i Wiedza, inventory number on the back cover. On the inside of the front cover a typed card with a review of the volume was pasted in, on the title page a handwritten note "No reservations" and an illegible signature. From the accompanying review: "T. Chabowska's reportage, in a series of separate, vividly written pictures, tells the story of the last four years of 'Grochow' - a village in the Kutno district where a production cooperative was established in 1949. The beginnings were tough. We had to fight the hostile labor of the local kulaks, overcome resistance and prejudice in the psyche of the local poor and middle class." Cover by Jerzy Cherka.
