The inner part of the gold ring, with an engraved inscription "32 Wladyslaw Zielinski 24.XII.1916". On an oval shield an image of a shooting eagle, edged with gold pearlwork, around it an inscription "DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY N.K.N." (Supreme National Committee); external rubbing.
