The MORTIMER stamp reflected on the 10 zloty bill in condition with no signs of circulation, only bent in half (2+), also it is difficult to refer to the period of its creation. To the question of whether it is a propaganda stamp of the era or a later one - a collector's stamp - we are unable to answer unequivocally, we think it may be a later one.
