Banknote by Waclaw Borowski, watermark - in an unprinted field the profile of a girl's head.
Banknote put into circulation on October 30, 1950, printed by PWPW, NBP was responsible for the issue.
Definitely recommended, such a well-preserved banknote from this series may not appear on the auction market for a long time!
