Alphabet A - number 020071, a very rare and highly sought-after type in all states of preservation. Also noteworthy is the "tughra" on the upper front of the banknote, a type of calligraphy used to designate a Turkish sultan. Fewer than 5 examples have been referenced in the PMG population database to date. In the archives, one example in similar condition (Pr. TB condition but ungraded 12 equivalent) sold for $5200 USD in September 2006 at Spink, and another (B/B+ condition but ungraded "8" equivalent) sold for $4050, also in September 2006 at Spink.
