Alphabet P - number 226321, a rare and sought-after type in all states of preservation. Note the overprint in red on the front in the shape of a "v" and in black "Syrie 1939" at the Bank of Beirut in the center on the upper part. On the front, a note in French reads "Remboursable au porteur contre 2000 francs en chèque sur Paris". On the reverse, in the center, a view of the mountains in Lebanon. To date, only a dozen examples have been referenced in the PMG population database.
