No series or number, printed in brown and green at Thomas De La Rue's London printing works. This type is a specimen with small cancellation holes (3 vertical lines) and the portrait of Atatürk which has been cut out and his portrait has been pasted back (but the paper pasted back with the portrait shows an unofficial and unknown origin). On the front, a black "SPECIMEN" is printed obliquely. In addition, a dozen copies have been referenced in the PMG population database to date.
