Av.: In the middle against the background of a five-pointed star is an image of the flag of Nepal, below on a stylized ribbon the inscription in Sanskrit: "LET THE WISE SACRIFICE FOR OTHERS." Rv.: Inscription on the circumference: "HIS MAJESTY KING MAHENDRA BIR BIKRAM SAKHADEV"; in the middle, the date of the establishment of the medal is "2020." Condition-II
