Eagle pattern 17 with the crown removed and the number 2 stamped on the shield. Chylinski 1917. 39 x 29mm. Made of brass, silver-plated. Reverse with counter. Original mount-one mustache broken off. Analogous eagles, but with different numerals, are published in Tomasz Zawistowski's book, "Polish cap eagles in 1900-17", p. 151. Very good condition.
