Eagle on the cap of the Universal Organization "Serving Poland" - A paramilitary organization for young people aged 16-21, existing from 1948 to 1955. The eagle measures 58 x 48 mm ingeniously designed by Henryk Grunwald (1904-1958) an artist considered before the war to be the most outstanding artist in the field of metal object design. Silver-plated brass. Two holes for sewing at the eagle's legs. Condition of preservation very good.
