Civilian Medal of Resistance of the Kingdom of Belgium. Established by royal decree of March 21, 1951.
Awarded to members of the Belgian civil resistance during World War II. Bronze medal with a diameter of 36 mm. Its obverse shows a bas-relief torso of a man freeing himself from the shackles around his wrists, a woman stands behind him and slightly to his left. The reverse bears the inscription "RESTITERUNT" and the dates 1940 - 1945.Very good condition.
