Badge of the Polish Working Battalions in the South of France in 1940-1942. Made of metal (aluminum?) by the A.AUGIS LYON company (signature on the reverse). The badge is in the form of an eagle sitting on a crossed rifle and shovel, surrounded by a wreath. Dimension 26 x 16 mm. On the reverse side the maker's signature, number 3022, and a clasp in the form of a safety pin.
