Approved in 1928. Badge in the form of an oval medallion. Dimensions 36 x 26 mm. White enameled shield with inscriptions of 40 PP. Overlaid on the medallion is an enamel shield with the coat of arms of Lviv and the virtuti militari cross. White enamel with loss, cracked. Reverse with threaded post. Diam. 3 mm. Brass cap, non-original.
